**Company Description**
Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their life easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.

More about our mission.

Wise was founded in 2011 with a clear mission — money without borders — instant, convenient, transparent, and eventually free. We’ve built a market-leading technology product that’s been used by over 5 million people to move money around the world without the rip-off fees charged by the banks. We’re disrupting the world of currency and international money transfer.

Wise Brasil Corretora de Câmbio Ltda. ("Wise Corretora") is a foreign exchange brokerage firm authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil and registered under CNPJ No. 36.588.217/0001-01. Wise Brasil Instituição de Pagamento Ltda. ("Wise Pagamentos") is a payment institution and electronic money issuer also authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil and registered under CNPJ No. 40.571.694/0001-31. Both companies are headquartered at Rua Girassol, 555, 1st floor, Vila Madalena, CEP 05.433-001, São Paulo/SP. We are growing rapidly around the world and need to make sure that we have the best setup to support that growth in every region. You will help to shape the future of Wise in Latin America.

- Manage the Brazil Compliance policy framework and ensure effective second line monitoring and testing is conducted to provide assurance to the board the business is compliant
- Embed a good compliance culture at Wise Brazil to promote risk awareness in line with the three lines of defence model. Where necessary, you will coordinate and/or conduct training for relevant Wisers.
- Provide Compliance reporting to the Wise Brazil board and local and global committees.
- Manage the relationship with the local regulators
- Develop a strong relationship with LATAM product teams to cultivate a culture of compliance so that they are able to proactively think about compliance risks and opportunities;
