The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Consulta de escala de motorista
- Garantir a presença dos drivers através da lista de chamada no Waths (envio de localização)
- Alinhamento Pré - Operacional
- Analista de Frota ID e Cluster a atribuir
- Envio do 1° Status de Expedição - Preencher a planilha de Status de Expedição Own Fleet, garantir 100% das informações requisitadas, bem como justificativas de desvios -Acompanhamento da liberação dos driver durante a expedição.

**Requirements**:

- Ensino Médio completo.
- Superior Completo ou Cursando será diferencial (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
