**This role in summary**:
**The GIS global product manager for Consumer Data Products owns the consumer data structure product line (also internally called Consumer 360) and is accountable for product strategy, design, global development and delivery, cost, and vendor management. The role ensures that the product line is developed and maintained using sound business and technology management practices, and it supports business transformation by enabling new capabilities.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- ** Consults with product customers to assess and anticipate current and future product requirements and develop a long-term action plan;**
- ** Manages product budgets and makes informed and dynamic investment prioritization decisions;**
- ** Works with stakeholders to continually optimize the governance and decision-making processes within the product line;**
- ** Develops and executes product roadmaps that deliver business outcomes in line with dynamic regional joint business plans;**
- ** Builds and attracts world-class technology talent for the product team;**
- ** Partner with DCoE (Digital Center of Expertise) to design technical solutions for selected use cases based on Data Product;**
- ** Collaborates with business partners and regional BU leaders to determine the right product funding model and facilitates strategic planning conversations;**
- ** Coordinates with enterprise architects to align the product line within Whirlpool’s architectural ecosystem;**
- ** Coordinates with Infrastructure and Data Engineering teams to advance platform and DevSecOps capabilities;**
- ** Oversees product operations and guides continuous improvement efforts to support business outcomes;**
- ** Defines, tracks, and communicates product-specific KPIs to improve the product’s adoption, performance, and value;**
- ** Works with other product owners to avoid duplication and identify interdependencies;**
- ** Manages vendor relationships related to the product line and aligns vendor products and services with enterprise strategy and product objectives;**
- ** Implements industry standards and development methodologies, including Agile and DevSecOps, within the product line to increase its responsiveness and growth.**

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration, or information systems;**
- ** 8+ years of experience in end-to-end technology delivery, operations management, and/or business strategy;**
- ** Strong business acumen; understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and an organization’s business goals;**
- ** Deep exposure to business processes through experience working in partnership with business functions outside Corporate IT (e.g., with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Consumer Services, Consumer Insights, CRM);**
- ** Proven track record managing teams or processes related to consumer activation through CRM, Consumer Services data driven use cases implementation, Consumer Insights use cases with data driven what - if analysis;**
- ** Ability to support Business Cases design with cost and return analysis for direct and indirect metrics;**
- ** Experience implementing consumer Data Model with business analytics adoption goals;**
- ** Ability to develop and deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps;**
- ** Ability to manage quality of service of the product KPIs;**
- ** Ability to effectively manage teams and maintain lines of communication through organizational change;**
- ** Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and business leaders.**

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- ** Ability to influence without authority;**
- ** Ability to work independently and be a self-starter;**
- ** Knowledge of financial management and vendor management;**
- ** Knowledge of software engineering and architecture and** cloud development;**
- ** Knowledge of design thinking, Agile methodologies, and DevOps;**
- ** Experience in product management preferred.**
