HR Business Partner

Eaton’s looking for a HR Business Partner for our Mogi Mirim location.
**What you’ll do**:
The overall purpose of this function is supporting the Mogi Mirim plant in HR matters, leading projects to deploy corporate demands and local actions. Major areas of responsibility include talent management, development and retention related activities, organization planning and development, recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement, inclusion and diversity and some local benefits in a proactive as well as tactic perspective.
Responsible for defining strategies, procedures and coordinate the execution of following processes:
a) Manage development and training process (knowledge management), for all labor categories, starting on development needs collecting until analyzing the effectiveness after development actions through metrics. It includes planning and executing all mandatory inputs from corporate standards and legislation rules, job functions qualification, educational subsidy program, functional competences development, individual needs focused on current and future roles and leadership development.
b) Deploy and drive all leadership processes related to TMOE, including goals definition, development plans, performance management, conversations that matter, recognition, retention risk, local OCA and succession plan. (new)
c) Define strategies and execute communication plan through internal tools such as management meetings, weekly videos, internal campaigns, visual communication and newsletters.
d) Plan and execute positive agenda composed by events, special weeks - quality, safety, I&D, commemorative dates, Eaton in Family, etc.
e) Support leadership on employee survey data analysis to find out improvement opportunities while building robust solutions to reinforce our culture of excellence through high level of people engagement, leadership confidence and performance.
f) Deploy Eaton culture across the company, enhancing professional attributes and behaviors. Lead social responsibility actions and events.
g) Guarantee students’ programs execution such as internship, apprentices and FORMARE, including projects and actions for university and school relations.
h) Manage local benefits, including cafeteria, transport, coffee machines, end year gifts and so on.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other degree related to area.
Desired Post-graduation in Business Administration, HR or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Training and Development, Compensation, Communication and TMOE.
**Skills**:
Intermediate or Advanced English language.
Advanced Excel, Power Point and video maker skills.
Knowledge on development tools like talent assessment, coaching, mentoring, etc.
Knowledge on problem solving or improvement tools is a plus.
Verbal and writting communication, planning and efficiency. Analytical skill to analyze metrics results and propose solutions / improvements.
