The position

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

- Undertake operational procurement and purchasing tasks and interface with D&W (Drilling & Well), Logistics, Procurement responsible and Suppliers;
- Plan and coordinate the logístical process for personnel and equipment, including return of equipment, for D&W to assure cost effective, secure and efficient drilling operation;
- Monitor and expedite deliveries onshore and offshore in SAP;
- Establish priorities according to D&W requests for “urgent” material shipment through vessels and/or helicopters if needed, coordinating the execution with Logistics;
- Be focal point towards the Logistics to deal directly with quality & safety management such as: inspections claims, repairs, importation issues, guarantee and claims (communicate Local Category and/or Procurement Responsible);
- Ensure inventories required for the D&W activities;
- Establish low risk agreements from bidder list to recommendation award;
- Accountable for material master data new registration(s) and update(s);
- Establish and maintain necessary knowledge about suppliers and ensure regular and valuable communication with suppliers;
- Be part of the DSR duty team to support D&W operations on the weekends through a shift scheme.

- Bachelor degree (Administration, Economics, ComEx, Logistics or related areas);
- Advanced skills in English and Portuguese language;
- Knowledge of SAP tool (desirable);
- Minnimimum of 5 years of relevant experience; in logistics, materials management and procurement;
- Hands on approach to collaborate with main stakeholders and suppliers;
- Good communication;
- High focus on safety and sustainability;
- Forward leaning, curious and passionate and actively hunts for improvements and improved ways of working;
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast paced and dynamic commercial environment with tight deadlines
- Demonstrates high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness;
