**Você está aplicando para a posição de Analista de Processos Jr.**

**O que esperamos de você**:
Atuar na melhoria contínua nos processos de produtivos através da análise e diagnóstico das oportunidades identificadas na execução das atividades e compartilhando, com base em análise crítica, a construção do cenário futuro baseado na melhoria de fluxos de trabalho nas áreas de processo e em suas interfaces.

**O que você precisa ter**:
Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia da Produção, Engenharia Elética, Engenharia Mecânica, Automação Industrial e areas afins;
Idiomas: Inglês e Espanhol básicos;
Análise de tempos e métodos;
Conhecimentos sobre normas do Sistema de Gestão, tais como: ISO 9000/14000/17025, ISO 45001 e Segurança Alimentar (HACCP);
Controle Estatístico do Processo;
Conhecimento para plena utilização do Pacote Office ou similar;
Conhecimento na operação do Sistema SAP;
Conhecimento das ferramentas, mapa de análise de valor, gestão visual, 5S, SMED, Kanban e TPM;
Vivência com processos produtivos em indústrias de alimentos;
Gestão de Melhoria Contínua;
Capacidade de gestão de projetos e equipes multidisciplinares;
Planejamento e Organização;
Visão sistêmica;
Capacidade de entrega;
Comunicação;
Inovação;
Negociação.
