SAP ERP Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of SAP projects and upgrades
- Act as the functional expert on SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori modules
- Provide support for other business systems and drive process improvements
- Manage project teams, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to project methodologies
- Develop and maintain SAP documentation and user guides
- Oversee system testing and address technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with stakeholders for knowledge transfer and training

**Key Skills**:

- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori modules
- Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into viable solutions
- Proficiency in managing SAP system development life cycles

**Requirements**:

- SAP certification required
- PMBOK project management foundation (NQF 4)
- 7-10 years of SAP ERP Manager experience
- Experience with at least 1 SAP HANA implementation project
