**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Responsible for all personnel administration processes for the Jaguaré and Via Anchieta plants, including the coordination of interns at the locations.**
- ** Management of admissions, dismissals, approvals, vacations, declarations, etc., to ensure that the processes are carried out in accordance with internal procedures, deadlines and needs.**
- ** Process improvement through available technologies seeking quality of information and data, and better internal customer experience.**
- ** Guide compliance with deadlines and internal procedures in partnership with the Payroll.**
- ** Define and implement KPIS analysis of the area to measure results and productivity.**
- ** Ensuring compliance with legislation, including serving and preparing information and publishing it for externalinspections.**
- ** Support Jaguaré's litigation and service processes.**
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- ** Completed Higher Education (Preferably Business Administration, Law)**
- ** Intermediate English**
- ** Experience in Human Resources**
- ** Advanced Excel**
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- ** Desirable experience in personal personnel administration activities**
- ** Advanced knowledge of Google tools**
- ** FEED mindset**
- ** Digital transformation**
- ** Power BI / Analytics**
