Within the Groupe Roullier, Timab Magnesium (780 p.) is an expert in the commercialization of magnesium products for the agricultural, industrial and environmental fields. Committed to constant innovation and continuous improvement, Timab Magnesium is growing and expanding in France and abroad. With a structure on a human scale, it places the experience of its employees at the heart of all its managerial concerns.
Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the General Manager - CEO, you will be responsible to manage the HR department.

**Your main missions will be**:

- Supervise the smooth operation of personnel administration
- Create and supervise the recruitment plan and strategies
- Design and supervise the execution of the training and development plan
- Take a main role with compensation & budget reviews
- Manage the cycle of organizational climate evaluation
- Standardize the succession plan and talent review.
- To create and insure the reporting of KPI to the General Manager

Your main challenges will be to strengthen the culture of Groupe Roullier, organizing internal communication and leadership development.

Profil

**Profile required**:
As a graduate or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or similar, you have a successful 5 to 8 years of solid experience as a generalist HR Manager. Have experience in structuring the area and in expansion projects and workforce planning. Focus on results, ability to influence and good interpersonal skills complement the profile.
You have a perfect command of Portuguese, professional English, and experience working for international companies. Spanish or French are a plus.
You are an excellent communicator, with focus on results, ability to influence and good interpersonal skills complement the profile, your reactiveness, rigor, and excellent listening capabilities will give you what it takes to exceed in your role.
You can work as part of a team and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Visit to the factory and mine located in Jucas is to be expected (20%).
