Realizar pesquisas de mercado para criação de conteúdos acertivos de acordo com o nicho de cada cliente;
- Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e recomendar novos tópicos;
- Saber criar CTAs atraentes e incentivar a interação dos usuários com o conteúdo;
- Gerenciar as publicações nos blogs e perfis das redes sociais das marcas;
- Apresentar ideias aos clientes/membros da equipe e participar de reuniões de status conforme necessário;
- Verificar a qualidade e ausência de erros em todos os ativos criativos;
- Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre todas as tendências e seguir as melhores práticas, especialmente em SEO e social media;
- Realizar reuniões com novos clientes para definição de briefing de comunicação, preparando e definindo tom de voz a ser utilizado, temas importantes, definir palavras-chave e tipos de conteúdo. - Relizar o acompanhamento do posicionamento do cliente para as palavras-chave trabalhadas na produção de conteúdo, sugerindo melhorias e otimizações constantes. - Realizar o acompanhamento do engajamento dos perfis das redes sociais, sugerindo temas e formatos que mais engajam para otimização dos resultados. - Contato com as demais áreas da agência;
- Realizar aprovações junto aos clientes e publicações dos conteúdos nas plataformas (blogs WordPress e redes sociais).
Requisitos - Ser pró-ativo(a) e organizado(a);
- Experiência comprovada como Criador(a) de Conteúdo, Redator(a), copywriter ou cargo similar;
- Formado(a)/Cursando cursos como: marketing, publicidade, comunicação, jornalismo ou letras;
- Boa escrita e domínio da língua portuguesa;
- Conhecimento dos formatos de mídia digital, suas especificações e tendências;
- Experiência em gerenciamento dos canais de mídia social, principalmente Instagram, Linkedin e Facebook;
- Conhecimento em criação de conteúdo com técnicas de SEO;
- Excelente habilidade de escrita criativa e gramaticalmente correta. Errar no português, não dá;
- Conhecimento em criação de conteúdo com técnicas de SEO;
- Criatividade e pensamento estratégico;
- Conhecimento de tendências e melhores práticas em marketing digital;
- Proatividade;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal. - Habilidades colaborativas (trabalhar bem em equipe e com uma variedade de pessoas criativas).
