Tax Accounting Officer

CMA Terminals is a port operator used to develop, design, build, own and operate terminals and dry docks. CMA Terminals welcomes CMA CGM lines but also invites all shipping companies to develop terminals and offer a top quality service.
- Calculate and declare the company’s direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF);
- Carry out tax records;
- Attend inspections;
- Participate in the analysis of tax procedures;
- Perform accounting routines, carrying out cost entry activities;
- Support management in analyzing and preparing reports with the results;
- Provide support to the controllership sector and interact with the institution's partners;
- Comply with internal and external audits;
- Issue CTEs and NFs related to transport services;
- Issue invoices for port services;
- Review operational basis for billing;
- Review cost allocation and partner tax withholdings;
- Define accounting classification to obtain tax credit;
- Issue transfer invoices and remittances in general;
- Issue nationalization invoice and cost review for asset activation;
- Support accounts payable processes in relation to tax withholdings;
- Support for accounts receivable processes (operations dispute processes, deposit and transportation services and systemic parameters related to billing);
- Reconcile income, taxes and tax accounts;
- Provide support in reports, budgets and analysis of assets and results;
- Monitor CAPEX and fixed assets.
