**Description of Duty**:
1. Open files, research/select/place referrals with appropriate suppliers. Pro-active management of and communications to suppliers for updates and required information as necessary
2. Other responsibilities as client specific tasks and customer demands
3. Responsible for updating system data with information provided by suppliers, clients and directly from the assignees.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English, Spanish & Portuguese
- Strong computer skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and job-related systems
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Must be able to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
