**Introduction**
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

Your primary responsiblities include:

- Lead the design and construction of new mobile solutions using the latest technologies, always looking to add business value and meet user requirements.
- Strive for continuous improvements by testing the build solution and working under an agile framework.
- Discover and implement the latest technologies trends to maximize and build creative solutions.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in architecture process implementation projects, practical knowledge setting up monitoring for cloud environments using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Deep knowledge of microservices and domain of container technologies (Kubernetes, Openshift, ServiceMesh).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch ELK, Mongo DB, Cassandra).
- Experience with implementation of complex APIs using Graphql.
