**Description**:
Role Overview:
The Field Scientist will play a crucial role in advancing foliar insecticide discovery projects. As a collaborator, you will be responsible for the development of robust protocols to carry out research in this domain. Your expertise in Agricultural Entomology will be instrumental to drive innovation and address key challenges on insecticides for the major crops as corn, soybeans, cotton, sugarcane and fruits and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Protocol Development: to design and create comprehensive protocols for field experiments conduction of foliar insecticides. These protocols will guide data collection, analysis and interpretation.
- Insecticides Evaluation: to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and environmental impact of insecticides on large-scale crops. Your insights will contribute to sustainable pest management practices.
- Collaboration: To work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including entomologists, agronomists, and data scientists. Foster collaboration to address complex agricultural challenges.
- Macro Perspective: To develop a holistic understanding of the agricultural landscape. Identify trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for improving insecticide use.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Education: PhD in Agricultural Entomology is extremely desired.
- Experience: Prior experience in field research, experimental design, and data analysis with at least 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically about insecticide-related problems.
- English skill is required.
