En esta oportunidad buscamos **Compliance Officer Brasil**

**Tu nuevo desafio será:
El Compliance Officer de Brasil, será responsable del correcto diseño y eficaz implementación de los programas de AML/CFT, Anticorrupción, y Protección de Datos Personales, asegurando que los mismos se encuentren en apego a la legislación aplicable al país que le corresponda.

Colaborará de forma activa con los Compliance Officer de otros países a fin de que los programas implementados sean, en la medida de lo posible, globales.

**Funciones y responsabilidades principales**:

- Fungirá ante la autoridad como Compliance Officer y Data Protection Officer por lo que deberá contar con sólidos conocimientos de la legislación AML/CFT, Anticorrupción, y Protección de Datos Personales aplicable a las entidades financieras y de activos digitales en Brasil.
- Desarrollar y mantener políticas y procedimientos aplicables al negocio, incluida la iteración de los flujos de trabajo existentes para racionalizar y mejorar la eficiencia y la eficacia.
- Gestionar y ejecutar proyectos e iniciativas complejos para una amplia variedad de temas, necesidades y prioridades, garantizando una excelente gestión y seguimiento de las partes interesadas.
- Elaborar informes oportunos y precisos y otra información de gestión para ayudar a los procesos de toma de decisiones dentro del equipo local y global.
- Punto de contacto con autoridades, partners, proveedores, etc.
- Identificación, medición y mitigación de riesgos de clientes y operaciones de alto riesgo.
- Detección, análisis y seguimiento de casos de actividad sospechosa.
- Conocimiento de portales gubernamentales y presentación de reportes a la autoridad.
- Control de límites operacionales.
- Manejo y análisis de bases de datos.
- Liderar al equipo local de Compliance tanto de forma administrativa como en el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Ejecución de tareas operativas del área, esta es una posición _Hands-On_.

**Habilidades/Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Grado completo en carreras administrativas, derecho y afines.
- Experiência de por lo menos 5 años en Cumplimiento Regulatorio enfocado a AML/CFT, Anticorrupción y Datos Personales. Son necesarios sólidos conocimientos en la materia.
- Deseable haber trabajado en empresas de activos digitales o tener conocimiento del sector.
- Inglés y/o español avanzado.
