**A SUA MISSÃO SERÁ**:
Responsável pelo desenvolvimento e implementação da estratégia médico-científica em conjunto com o brand team, que inclui o programa de educação médica, participação em congressos e conferências, plano de comunicação cientifica do time médico de campo. Em conjunto com Marketing, elabora táticas e materiais para uso pela Força de Vendas e em ações externas. Desenvolve e implementa treinamentos internos e apoia técnicamente as áreas de interface. Gerenciamento do time médico de campo. Gerenciamento de orçamento da área.
**Papéis e Responsabilidades**:
- Desenvolver, em conjunto com o time multifuncional, o plano integrado das marcas sob sua responsabilidade, com foco na estratégia científica, garantindo solidez e balanceamento dos dados, de acordo com o ciclo de vida das marcas, necessidades de negócio e expectativas dos clientes (pacientes, médicos, sociedades cientificas).
- Estabelecer e manter bom relacionamento com lideranças médico-científicas externas a fim de garantir conhecimento e alinhamento adequados sobre os produtos sob responsabilidade e capturar insights de Especialistas Externos (EEs) que possam agregar à estratégica médica e desenvolvimento de táticas. Contratação de EEs para as ações médicas pertinentes.
- Comunicar e capacitar os diversos times internos de interface para uso do conteúdo desenvolvido na implementação das táticas. Gerenciar e motivar do time médico de campo.
- Estabelecer comunicação efetiva com as funções da área terapêutica da global, para garantir alinhamento das ações locais, acompanhamento da implementação dos planos das marcas e, com apoio dos(as) gerentes de grupo e diretor(a) médico(a), garantir que os recursos necessários sejam empregados na implementação. Apoio técnico e científico ágil e de qualidade às áreas de interface e adesão aos processos e compliance da companhia.
**E o que você precisa para cumprir a sua missão?**:
- Formação Superior em Áreas da Saúde;
- Experiência prévia na indústria farmacêutica;
- Disponibilidade para viagens (10-20% do tempo);
- Inglês avançado;
- Informática (pacote Microsoft Office);
- Metodologia científica e interpretação de estudos clínicos;
- Excelente comunicação;
- Facilidade para estabelecer vínculos relacionais;
- Gerenciamento de projetos.
