Taste is a growing business-unit with over 70MUSD of annual investment across 23 sites. To ensure that the investment is made efficiently and predictably, a PMO role is needed to collate, track and communicate the key project metrics. This requires being a "Super-User" of the PPM system, which is used for managing the portfolio. The role involves interaction with managment and all sites across the network.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Be the trainer / primary point of contact for PPM workflow;
- Collate and review PPM data on a monthly basis to ensure correct capex planning and compliance;
- Lead & Support the implementation of various management tools;
- Lead the implementation of annual budgets and quarterly RAF reviews;
- Provide feedback and support to sites where workflows are not in compliance;
- Conduct reviews with regional resources to identify opportunities for course correction vs targets.

**You bring**:

- Engineering or similar degree
- Experience in Office Tools and accounting management software
- Experience of capital projects execution
- Experience in an industrial environment and understanding of manufacturing needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage up as well as across the region
- Language skills in Spanish, English & Portuguese
