Key job responsibilities
- Own TOM field operations at BR Fulfillment Center and Sort Center in South Region;
- Own the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for yard management activities in the region;
- Manage a group of TOM Ops Lead within regional cluster. Drive a performance culture, instill ownership and create a high-performing team;
- Lead projects and initiatives to drive improvements on cost and speed;
- Be the main POC of transportation inside FC, being the chairmain to negotiate new projects entrance and act as problem solver to solve issues that affect BR sites;
- Establish and own performance metrics and communicate them to leadership;
- Ensure the standardization of process across shifts and Sites within BR Network;
