**Description**

**A&M Infra - Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP)**

A área tem como objetivo atuar em todo o ciclo de vida de projetos de capital intensivo (grandes empreendimentos, projetos de logística, mineração, energia, O&G, entre outros). A atuação da A&M vai desde o suporte a estruturação de projetos, participação em processos M&A relacionados a ativos de infraestrutura, passa por todas as etapas de desenvolvimento/implantação de um projeto e segue até a gestão do ativo.

Atividades
- Gerenciamento de projetos baseado nas metodologias de gestão e custos reconhecidas de mercado PMI e AACE respectivamente;
- Desenvolvimento de projetos (plano de projeto, estudos de viabilidade, análise de Capex, cronograma, modalidades contratuais, suprimentos em projetos);
- Análise de riscos de projetos;
- Gestão Econômico-Financeira de Projetos;
- Gestão de Ativos;
- Gestão Interina de Projetos;
- Integração de Sistemas de Engenharia e Automação
- Operação Industrial

Pré-requisitos
- Formação em Engenharia; preferêencia para Mecânica, Química, Elétrica, Automação ou Civil, foco Engenharia de Manutenção,
- Confiabilidade ou Sistemas de Informação é um diferencial
- Inglês intermediario para avançado;
- Disponibilidade para viagens constantes;
- Profissionais que tenham atuado na gestão de projetos será considerado um diferencial.
- Experiência com automação de processos industriais (infraestrutura)
- Conhecimento em Sistemas de Engenharia: COMOS, Aveva Connect, E3D, Hexagon SM3D, Smart Materials será considerada como diferencial.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas e plataformas de dados: SAP PM, Power BI, Alteryx ou outra será considerada como diferencial;
