**What you'll be doing**:

- Cultivate a culture of compliance with ethical business standards and practices within the organization.
- Lead the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect and correct violations of law, policies and Baxter's code of conduct.
- Implement Baxter's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, Global Interactions Policy and Third Party Policy and support processes, ensuring employee induction and training.
- Identify Baxter’s legal and compliance risks in the country.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.

**What you'll bring**:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar careers

1+ year of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition area or similar

Intermediate English or Spanish level
