**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate book proposals and manage the peer-review process
- Collaborate with Editorial Board members to evaluate manuscript submissions
- Liaise with authors throughout the publication process, including negotiating contractual conditions
- Coordinate and smoothly cooperate with internal departments such as production, marketing, and sales
- Establish and maintain a network of good relationships with academics and colleagues within the company
- Attend international conferences for acquisition
- Achieve annual publishing goals
- Business travel (domestic/international) as required

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Educated to a degree level in Law or related field, advanced degree a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
- Work independently as well as smoothly cooperate in a team environment
- Track record of working to deadlines and delivering results
