Data is central to our marketing teams. It allows us to better understand the customer and adopt more targeted and personalized approaches. We are currently recruiting a Senior Audience Specialist who will be responsible for analyzing customer data, defining audience groups and translating these learnings into recommendations for well suited, more efficient, cross-channel campaigns. The Senior Audience Specialist will also take action accordingly by being one of the editors of our CDP platform.

The position is set as an important interface between the requirements and needs of customers and business partners, collaborating closely with product development, data and marketing.

The Senior Audience Specialist is a wellspring of information, all of which is found by active participation; observing and participating in the development of marketing strategies and being hands-on in the CDP platform.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Analyze & recommend

Analyze the customer journey using the customer base (Snowflake), web and mobile app analytics tools (Google Analytics) and CDP to identify patterns of behavior and provide recommendations to optimize marketing performance

Collect ideas and recommendations from all the stakeholders within the organization and help management build the global roadmap

Understand how major players in similar sectors determine their segmentation strategies

Create / maintain audiences in the CDP

Lead customer segment creation to be used by our advertising solutions by leveraging audience data

Manage the audience creation process and monitor the health of audiences inside the CDP

Own the CDP platform, being able to perform basic logical configurations for segmentation and operate small technical tasks to ensure inbound and outbound audience data flow.

Interactions with agile CDP core team, business and technical stakeholders

Ability to quickly become a key player within a marketing C360 CDP team in agile mode (daily scrums, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, reviews )

Work closely with

Business stakeholders (CRM, Paid Media, Web)

Marketing Data Science team

Document & monitor

Document all the audiences created for stakeholders to understand the audience catalog

Use and understand data and performance KPIs to build a targeting that enables us to connect with most relevant audiences

Build visualization reports about audiences and share them to stakeholders and management

Define a test and learn approach about A/B tests

Privacy & compliance

Work with regulatory and policy teams, ensuring data usage and privacy compliance

Training

Provide ongoing training

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A minimum of 4 to 6 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an audience or data management role.

A university degree in a related field (Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, etc).

A data driven profile who is also commercially minded, with strong analytical skills. Good knowledge of information systems and data environments (database, loading processes and data transformations).

Experience in Digital Marketing. Knowledge of marketing tools such as CDP and Marketing automation, or CRM software.

Knowledge of digital tools and platforms

Ability to interact with multiple business units who have their own specificities and to bring them together with a unified audience strategy.

Excellent communication skills.

Bilingual in English and French.

Strong experience with Marketing Campaigns

Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish

Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail

Excellent hands-on experience of agile methodology

**Good knowledge of tools such as Tools**: Tealium, Jira, Confluence, Quality check tools, Charles, Python scripts

**Nice to have**: SQL coding skills
