This position is part of Service Brazil located in Baueri, Sao Paulo - SP and will be a hybrid position. Getting the opportunity to be remote, in the office and at customers on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- ** Team Development and people management, 09 direct reports**:

- ** Support the business, managing the budget and developing best coverage practices**:

- ** Focal point for customers on product-related issues and strategic support in decision-making**:

- ** Active communication bridge between the Global and Beckman Coulter Brazil in good practices of processes**:

- ** Lead the continuing education of our customers, supporting customers in publishing relevant scientific articles and papers**:
**The essential requirements of the job include**
- Experience 3+ years in people leadership and development of high-performance teams
- Proven experience with continuing education for clinical laboratory customers
- Proven experience 5+ years in workflow of clinical analysis laboratories
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics in Beckman Coulter and or similar product lines
- Ability to challenge the status quo for continuous process evolution and team development
- proficient in English and desirable Spanish, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese
- degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine or Biology

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
