**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Realizar processo admissional end-to-end (conferência de documentação via plataforma convenia, controle contrato de trabalho, orientações para emissão de NF, solicitação de equipamentos, solicitação de acessos, inclusão de benefícios e controle de assinaturas dos documentos);
- Realizar processo demissional end-to-end (termo de rescisão/distrato de trabalho, pagamento da rescisão, retirada de equipamentos, solicitação de exclusão de acessos e benefícios e controle de assinaturas dos documentos, orientação de valores rescisórios para os colaboradores);
- Acompanhar o Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais (PPRA), Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO) e Programa ESG (práticas ambientais, sociais e de governança);
- Coordenar pacote de benefícios padrão da empresa (convênio médico, odontológico, reembolsos do plano, cartão Swile) e benefícios sociais (bônus, day off de aniversário, parcerias com instituições de ensino, saúde, qualidade de vida, entre outros);
- Realizar controle e atualização do contrato de experiência de novos colaboradores;
- Realizar controle da política e processo de férias (agendamento, aprovação, assinaturas de documentos);
- Realizar controle da política e processo de ausências e afastamentos (atestados, licenças médicas);
- Realizar atendimento e esclarecimento de dúvidas dos colaboradores;
- Realizar controle de turnover;
- Manter atualizado indicadores relacionados às suas atribuições; Realizar controle de arquivo digital de cada colaborador.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Experiência na área de Departamento Pessoal;
- Experiência com implantação de processos e ferramentas;
- Experiência com atendimento aos colaboradores via chamado;
- Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de RH (Convenia, entre outras);
- Vivência em empresas de tecnologia, marketing, Publicidade e/ou Startups.
