**YOUR ROLE**:

- Promote the execution of global strategies within the country in conjunction with local managers, facilities representatives and team members (i.e. OneView);
- Main responsible of Brazil´s locations operations regarding facilities services with direct interaction with facilities suppliers, taking into consideration innovation projects, services enhancements and employee satisfaction;
- Develop the Corporate Real Estate strategy to accompany local business needs and guarantee the correct spent of resources, including participation in real estate projects;
- Guarantee the correct execution of Infrastructure guidelines, practices and projects in Latin America South countries (i.e. Brazil, Chile and Argentina);
- Support Chile and Argentina´s Facilities representatives to implement regional strategy in alignment to the global one.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Graduated in Architecture, Engineering or Business Administration;
- MBA or Post Graduation is desirable;
- Strong Experience leading the Facilities area at Multinational Companies;
- English is a must - spanish is desirable;
- Experience managing budget and PNL;
- People management experience - will supervise 22 FTE's;
- SAP or Autocad knowledge is desirable;
- Teamwork, detail oriented and leadership skills.
