Estamos procurando alguém para se juntar à nossa equipe no escritório de **São Paulo, Florianópolis ou Remotamente** na função de **Accounting** Specialist.**

**Principais atividades**:

- Compilar e classificar documentos, como faturas e cartões de ponto, comprovando transações comerciais.
- Verificar e publicar detalhes de transações comerciais, como cartões de ponto, taxas de contas, taxas de pagamento e contas totais em livros contábeis/ planilhas e bancos de dados.
- Auditar faturas contra pedidos de compra, pesquisar discrepâncias e processar faturas.
- Investigar problemas que clientes ou agentes de compras possam ter com faturas.
- Preparar comprovantes, faturas, extratos de conta, relatórios e outros registros e analisar a precisão.
- Conciliar as contas da razão geral com vários registros.
- Conciliar discrepâncias e problemas do relatório.
- Codificar os dados para entrada no sistema de processamento de dados financeiros de acordo com os procedimentos da empresa.
- Revisar, equilibrar e interpretar relatórios de computador e fazer correções.
- Auxiliar funcionários, fornecedores, clientes respondendo a perguntas relacionadas a contas, procedimentos e serviços.
- Cumprir todas as políticas e procedimentos da empresa.

**Requisitos**:

- Conhecimento em Oracle.
- Inglês - Upper Intermediate/ Advanced.
