Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Analyst. This position will support AMZL EDSP expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.

As Learning Analyst, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and process improvement. You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.

Key job responsibilities
- Onboard EDSP Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools
- Create training material for EDSP team
- Lead training sessions and work actively on AMZL EDSP new node launches
- Mentor Amazon Partners in lean principles and drive adoption of standard work processes into the daily work.
- Support network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing processes, metrics, and the proper usage of systems.
- Lever from Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization of the work routine.

Itaitinga, CE, BRA | Recife, PE, BRA
- Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development.
- Ability to influence others without having positional authority
- Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
