**O que estamos procurando**
- Procuramos uma pessoa executiva de vendas de alta energia, ambiciosa e apaixonada, com um estilo “Hunter”, para se juntar à nossa equipe de vendas.
- Você terá a responsabilidade de desenvolver e expandir nossos negócios na América Latina, vender serviços de expansão de equipe de TI, enquanto gerencia o ciclo completo de vendas.
- Além destes desafios, exercerá um papel fundamental na construção e crescimento da presença da empresa na América Latina (principal foco no Brasil).

**Atividades atribuídas**
- Pesquisar e prospectar novas contas, impulsionando a aquisição e qualificação de leads;
- Buscar ativamente novas oportunidades de negócio;
- Agendar reuniões com clientes potenciais e identificando suas necessidades;
- Ajustar apresentações de vendas adequadamente nos padrões da NTConsult;
- Construir e nutrir novos relacionamentos com clientes, desde a prospecção até o fechamento e entrega bem-sucedida;
- Participar de atividades de marketing conjuntas / campanhas;

**O Que Você Precisar Ter/saber**
- Experiência de mínima de 10 anos de carreira e 5 anos na função;
- Habilidade na venda de serviços de desenvolvimento de software e aumento da equipe de TI para contas com alto potencial de crescimento;
- Atuação “Hunter” com experiência em vendas;
- Experiência em ambientes de alta competição com empresas locais e multinacionais;
- Habilidades de apresentação e comunicação e articulação em ambientes de relacionamento complexo;
- Capacidade de vender para executivos C-Level e outros decisores;
- Automotivação e abordagem orientada para resultados, com atuação independente e remota usando sua própria rede;
- Disponibilidade para viajar nacional/internacionalmente;
- Conhecimentos em ferramentas de gerenciamento de vendas;

- Domínio do idioma inglês;
- Domínio do idioma espanhol;
- Curso Superior Completo;
- Formação áreas correlatas a tecnologia (engenharia de software, ciência da computação, sistema de informação etc)
