Atividades:
Analisar métricas, treinar e motivar a equipe, realizar otimizações no Processo comercial;
Definir a estratégia sem perder a cultura da organização;
Tomar decisões com base em análises;
Ser um agente tático, que une o estratégico e o operacional;
Realizar a definição de metas e fazer, considerando os objetivos do planejamento estratégico da empresa;
Ter domínio do processo comercial da empresa e o perfil de cliente ideal, para construir estratégias de vendas que tragam bons resultados;
Realizar a gestão de equipes oportunizando feedbacks constantemente;
Recrutar, capacitar e treinar talentos; motivar a equipe;
Gerenciar e aprimorar o processo comercial.

**Requisitos**:
Ter um olhar atento para tendências do mercado;
Conhecimento sobre funil de vendas e principais métricas;
Habilidade em escuta ativa, comunicação e negociação;
Persuasão, negociação e boa comunicação;
Gerenciamento do tempo e a Priorização de atividades;
Experiência com ferramentas de prospecção (Apollo, Snov.io, entre outras) e CRM (Pipedrive, Zoho);
Conhecimentos sobre inbound e outbound marketing;
Experiência com vendas em vendas consultivas;
Experiência com vendas em empresas de educação/treinamento e desenvolvimento;
Conhecimento na áreafinanceira.
