RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualifies opportunities to determine validity of shipment request.
- Coordinates client needs and requests with internal stakeholders.
- Imports data and emit documents through the customer and UWL’s system.
- Send quotation and prospects to customers.
- Direct support to US pricing and sales/GAT teams.
- Operates day-to-day tasks within a workflow if applicable.
- Management of rates for ongoing clients on bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Communicates with agents, customers, and operations.
- Manage the designed Inbox if applicable.
- Problem solving independently.
- Works independently.
- Support and backup (PTO/vacation) of team if applicable.
- Help the Team Lead on training other members.
