- What you will be doing
Releases shipments for distribution under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist.
- To manage the change of product status both physically and systematically following client instructions and within the scope of applicable Internal Guidelines.
- Perform the quality check on a relabeling process in the absence of a Local Quality Representative and / or when it has been appointed for this function by the Quality Department.
- Have knowledge of all the protocols stored at WC Depot in order to provide instructions to all the Depot Staff.
- Ensure compliance with all government legislative and local health requirements.
- Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, local regulatory requirements, legal requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines (or any other so required).
- Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/ delivery of the products to the sites.
- Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections as required, to assure everything at the Facility is working as established in WC SOPs.
- Identify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.
- Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
What your background should look like
- EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Tertiary qualification e.g diploma or equivalent and/ or required training in pharmaceutical service is required for this position, whenever local regulation is allowing this associate to perform the mentioned activities.

At least four years experience in pharmaceutical service and/or the logistics field, and or business support function;

Oral and written English desirable.

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO:
Auxiliary Pharmacist and / or Depot Pharmacist a/o Depot Manager and / or Clinical team Leader

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal relationships. Be able to take initiatives and solve problems Self driven and can work autonomously Sound computer skills An understanding of Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirements. Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail Sound written and verbal communication skills with a full command of English. Problems solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands. A calm and customer focused approach
