Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Atuar na detecção de problemas e/ou dúvidas nos sistemas Totvs Datasul;
- Prestar suporte de primeiro nível ao sistema, via telefone ou presencial;
- Efetuar atualização dos sistemas integrados;
- Prestar suporte em novos projetos de implementação de processos informatizados;
- Suporte aos usuários do ERP Datasul (Módulos Financeiro, Controladoria, Distribuição, Materiais, Manutenção e Tecnologia) e TOTVS TAF;
- Conduzir projetos de implantação/desenvolvimento de sistemas, utilizando recursos internos e/ou de terceiros
- Atuar como interface entre as áreas funcionais e as empresas prestadoras de serviço de desenvolvimento de sistemas;
- Garantir a implantação de novas versões da solução ERP e dos demais softwares/soluções utilizados pela empresa;
- Homologar e aplicar plano de testes para implantação dos projetos junto aos usuários, validando as informações.

Requisitos e qualificações
- Superior completo em análise de sistemas, ciência da computação, processamento de dados ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência comprovada e conhecimento com sistema DATASUL, em realizar o suporte (Manufatura, Distribuição, Materiais, Financeiro, Controladoria, Manutenção e Tecnologia) e TOTVS TAF.
