Internal Parts Sales Assistant

**SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP** is undergoing a rapid development and facing new exciting tasks. One of our businesses units is based in **Sao Paulo, Brazil **and covering South America. As part of our strategy, we are constantly focusing on strengthening our service set-up to give our customers easier access, and in a growing market we are therefore looking for another team member with solid experience in Internal Sales.
**About the Role**
In this position, you will be able to expand your analytical, networking, and operational skills by assisting in creating and handling sales quotes for our South American Customers. You will interact constantly with other areas to solve operational roadblocks and ensure that the quotes get converted into sales orders. Additionally, you will be asked to participate in and/or lead projects that bring improvement to the operation, as well as maintain one or several activity reports. The individual contributor will be responsible for the high-level tasks of contract creation, maintenance, contract reporting, quotes, and contract packages. **Required Skills**:
- Good English skills, written and oral are a must. This position has permanent contact with teams located in different countries. Besides, part of the interview will be conducted in English. Good spanish skills is also a plus.
- Great sense of service and urgency.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor, and document data.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Must be a team player who is highly motivated & detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Able to concentrate over long periods of time.

- High level of flexibility, self-reliance.
- Used to deliver outstanding results under pressure.
- Excel (Pivot tables, basic formulas, conditions).
