A ALT Idiomas, uma empresa líder no ramo de ensino de idiomas, está buscando um profissional dedicado para a posição de Teacher Assistant em nossa unidade.

Como Teacher Assistant, você será responsável por auxiliar os professores nas atividades diárias em sala de aula, garantindo que o ambiente seja estimulante e propício para a aprendizagem dos alunos. Além disso, você irá desenvolver atividades extras e proporcionar suporte individual aos estudantes, ajudando-os a alcançar seus objetivos de aprendizado.

Estamos à procura de uma pessoa com jogo de cintura, capaz de se adaptar facilmente às necessidades dos alunos e encontrar soluções criativas para possíveis desafios que possam surgir durante as aulas. A flexibilidade também é essencial, pois você estará trabalhando com diferentes níveis de proficiência e idades.

Embora seja importante manter uma abordagem estruturada em sala de aula, buscamos alguém que possua organização também a capacidade de trazer afetividade para o ambiente de aprendizado, criando uma atmosfera agradável e acolhedora para os alunos.

Além disso, valorizamos muito o trabalho em equipe e procuramos alguém que esteja disposto a colaborar com colegas, professores e outros assistentes, compartilhando conhecimentos e contribuindo para o processo de aprendizagem.

**Requisitos adicionais incluem fluência em inglês, estar cursando Pedagogia ou Letras e gostar do ambiente escolar.**

Horário de Trabalho: De segunda a quinta - entre 08h30 e 17h00

Tipo de vaga: Efetivo CLT

Salário: R$1.400,00 - R$1.600,00 por mês
