**Sales Partner - ISV Management
**What you’ll do**

As a **Sales Partner - ISV Management **you will play a critical role in managing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners' success by providing critical deal registration and co-sell support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Co-sell Management that includes:

- Management of 150+ ISV partners that have partnership with Google to drive
Google Cloud consumption;
- Connecting ISV partners to internal
Google sales teams via hundreds of sales opportunities, in order to drive revenue together through selling Saas products to third party customers;
- On-boarding partners through the Google ISV Solution Connect program and performing recurring evaluation;
and
- Management of business intelligence dashboards
- Salesforce Management that includes:

- Sales opportunity creation and management for ISV partners and internal teams; and
- Data management, reporting and analytics
- Financial Analysis that includes:

- Quarterly submission of attainment to finance including validation of all the
opportunities closed in the quarter;
- Review of contracts based on program guidelines for each partner;
- Script management and data flow between system for data automation;
- Management of finance guidelines and rules for team sales compensation; and
- Attainment correction management end-to-end
- Customer Success that includes:

- Supporting stakeholders and sales teams with program guidelines through
ticketing management;
- Improve Solution Connect program experience for ISV partners and internal Google teams;
- Continual process improvement and change management of complex business rules;
- Program adoption initiatives; and
- Creation of collateral and driving training programs through virtual and in-person enablement activities

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Language Level: Advanced English
- Background as ISV Partner Program Management and Operations
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Managing escalations efficiently
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Handling deliverables in ambiguous environment
- Attention to detail with prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Software Industry / cloud experience in a high growth environment is preferred
