**Posição**:Analista de Customer Service**:

**Maiores Áreas de Responsabilidade**:

- Acompanhar e faturar os pedidos de vendas, bonificação e amostras, de acordo com a necessidade do cliente/solicitação da área comercial, via SAP ECC;
- Alinhar cota com Supply (GATE) para atendimento de demandas p/ faturamento imediato;
- Gerar e faturar nota de crédito de acordo com a solicitação da área de Crédito;
- Solicitar o cancelamento de NF para o responsável da área Fiscal ou pessoas indicadas pela área da Logística;
- Atendimento e resolução de falhas referente à entrega de produtos ao cliente;
- Conferir solicitação de devoluções e coordenar retirada de produtos;
- Realizar o treinamento de novos RTCs sobre os temas: inserção de FICs e processo de devolução, inserção de pedidos de vendas e cadastro de clientes;
- Realizar testes de Sistemas (SAP/CRM) e outros projetos de IT, para as atividades que competem a área de Customer Service;
- Cooperar para melhoria de processos e solução de falhas
- Atualizar indicadores (OTIF, LFR, SOA, Case Fill, Recusas, etc...) e painel de projetos;
- Validar os dados cadastrais dos clientes nas atividades de inclusão de um novo cliente ou de renovação cadastral;
- Envio de pedido para assinatura eletrôncia aos clientes e arquivamento para fins de reconhecimento de receita;
- Receber os autos de interdição de produtos e direcionar as ações para coleta e destinação para a fábrica junto ao operador logístico, de maneira a concluir as ações dentro do prazo estipulado pelos órgãos fiscalizadores;
- Receber os autos de infração e direcionar para a área jurídica da FMC;
- Atualizar o cadastro de materiais na visão SD do SAP, conforme workflow do processo de Master Data Governance (MDG);
- Suporte à área comercial em duvidas sobre sistemas
- Realizar os controles de SOX, para os quais a área de Customer Service é a responsável;

**Capacitação Profissional**:

- Necessária formação superior em Adm Empresas, Comércio Exterior ou áreas afins;
- Desejável Especialização em Supply Chain ou área voltada ao atendimento do cliente;
- Relevante vivência em multinacional na área de Customer Service, com rotinas desenvolvidas no módulo SD do SAP, atendimento diferenciado para clientes chave e ações de melhorias via indicadores de nível de serviço.
- Excel e SAP Avançado
- Desejável Inglês
- Desejável Espanhol
