**Job description**:
At Group Real Estate (GRE) we have agreed to be the business partner in securing performance and driving transformation for Volvo Group. To be able to fulfill our target image, your contribution as Controller Manager and Bus Office will be crucial.
In this job you are accountable for the Group Real Estate financial responsibility for all designated sites in South America. This includes investments, divestments, leases, masterplans and stakeholder (TD/BA/GF) demands at strategical and tactical level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage in the most efficient way the daily operations of Divisional Controlling and Business Office (human, material, intellectual and financial) in order to deliver services within industry, office and retail to Volvo Group.
- Build, lead and take responsibility towards a culture of continuous improvement journey in the division
- Lead and provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner, which incorporates Real
- Estate target image, supporting Volvo Group business objectives and values.
- Act as a Business Partner, working closely with the business both supporting and challenging it.
- Support business decisions and prioritization.
- Manage and ensure long-term quality and efficiency by driving, coordinating and leading the division´s Long Term Maintenance and Divestment agenda
- Support the definition, agreements, communication and execution of the strategies and targets for the division, ensuring that laws and labor agreements are fulfilled.
- Drive accurate financial figures through analysis, follow-up and planning.
- Assure compliance to the Financial Policies and Procedures (FPP) for Volvo Group including Real Estate framework.
- Oversee projects relating to financial reporting.
- Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time.
- Assist the area in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various projects.
- Establish appropriate internal controls and project governance.
- Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to any new process.
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or co-related areas
- Advanced / Fluent English - Spanish is a strong advantage
