**Responsabilidades**:

- Fornecer treinamento e aconselhamento durante as operações de perfuração;
- Avaliar a competência da equipe durante o uso dos controles da plataforma;
- Recomendar treinamentos para desenvolver ainda mais as habilidades da equipe de perfuração quando forem

identificadas deficiências na execução do trabalho;
- Fornecer consultoria a bordo da sonda;
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com todos os departamentos relevantes para apoiar e treinar clientes internos

e externos nas áreas tecnológicas da NOV;
- Preparar, conduzir e avaliar programas e cursos da área técnica;
- Desenvolver materiais de treinamento para atender as necessidades do mercado e dos clientes, elaborando

programas de acordo com os requisitos organizacionais;
- Determinar o conteúdo do curso de acordo com os objetivos;
- Preparar material de treinamento (apresentações, planilhas, etc.);
- Realizar sessões de treinamento, webinars, workshops etc. em grupos ou individualmente;
- Organizar e conduzir treinamento no local quando necessário;
- Manter e relatar dados sobre cursos concluídos, faltas, problemas etc.;
- Observar e avaliar os resultados dos programas de treinamento;
- Determinar a eficácia geral dos programas e fazer melhorias.

Qualificações:

- Curso Técnico completo em Mecânica, Elétrica ou áreas afins;
- Desejável ensino superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica ou áreas afins;
- Desejável especialização na área de Perfuração ou Indústria Petrolífera;
- Desejável treinamento da Indústria de Perfuração (Well Control, Drilling Technology, IADC, etc);
- Experiência prévia em funções/atividades semelhantes;
- Desejável experiência prévia offshore (Driller);
- Desejável experiência prévia como instrutor técnico;
- Conhecimentos da Indústria de Perfuração;
- Desejável conhecimento em elaboração de conteúdo de cursos técnicos;
- Desejável conhecimento dos Sistemas de Controle Operacional de Perfuração NOV;
- Inglês Avançado;
- Espanhol Avançado.
