AWS Python Specialist, Brazil

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a AWS Python Specialist for Customer Operations Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing new digitization & Process Automation Solutions through state-of-the-art technologies. In this role you will be connected with stakeholders across IT and Customer Operations/Business Departments delivering value and agility by automating critical process and helping 3M achieve excellence in Customer Operations services.

The impact you will make in this role:

- Identify, map, and document potential processes for enhanced solutions (PDD - Process Definition Document )
- Assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain new innovative solutions for manual processes
- Leverage benchmark frameworks and SOP as well as IT-defined guidelines for day-to-day activities

Your Skills and Expertise:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering or related areas
- Experience with process automation solutions
- Experience with AWS/Azure Architecture and overall cloud environment (DataVerse, DataFactory, Lambda Functions, Glue Data Catalog, Athena, Falcon API, Drone, CI/CD, etc)
- Proven track record with programming languages Python (must) and/or C# (plus)
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs
- Advanced/Fluent English is required
- Curious, analytical, and problem-solver

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)
- Experience with Github/DevOps
- Experience with SAP Scripting with C# and or Python
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Selenium / RPA tools (PowerAutomate Desktop, UiPath)
- Experience using version control tools (Git, GitHub)
- Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
- Effective communication to collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
