Seu papel e responsabilidades

O IBM Blue Studio é responsável pela sofisticação, evolução estratégica e expressão da marca e das submarcas IBM em todas as experiências e encontros, interna e externamente. Representamos e apoiamos todos os negócios da IBM, horizontal e verticalmente. **Função**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Contribuir, auxiliar ou criar e fornecer ativos personalizados com um alto nível de qualidade funcional e estética
- Garantir que todos os trabalhos artísticos e mecânicos finais sejam precisos, não apresentem erros, sigam os padrões da marca, atendam e excedam os requisitos de cronograma e entrega e sigam todas as especificações
- Identificar, avaliar e reduzir os riscos técnicos, bem como identificar e resolver com rapidez e precisão problemas inesperados que possam ocorrer durante o processo de produção
- Manter uma excelente organização de arquivos e seguir os processos estabelecidos para criação e gerenciamento de ativos e configuração de saída
- Atenção aos detalhes e desempenho em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado e orientado para a equipe, com fortes habilidades organizacionais e gerenciamento de tempo
- Domínio da visão, dos sistemas e da documentação da marca IBM
- Manter e pesquisar o conhecimento de tecnologias relevantes.

Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico
- Profunda experiência em design digital, de impressão e de publicidade
- Domínio comprovado de folhas de estilo, páginas mestras, modelos, rastreamento, kerning e funcionalidades principais
- Experiência prática em retoques, preparação de arquivos digitais, processos de impressão e produção 4c e formatos de entrega de pré-impressão
- Histórico de produção de ativos finais, composições e assistência na preparação de apresentações
- Busca ativa de feedback e revisão do trabalho; aceitar e agir de acordo com a orientação criativa/técnica.

Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico
- BFA ou MFA em design gráfico e/ou produção de impressão
- Aplicativos: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, MS Office, Github
- Animação e movimento
- Ilustração
- Padrões da Web
- Habilidades em 3D
