**Job Description - High Jump Consultant - (Intermediate/Pleno)**:
Intermediate Consultant that the experience is under 2 years;
HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, SQL Server, some Azure Cloud, ADO, DataDog (monitoring)
The main item that is needed for HJ is SQL Server beyond the full HighJump tech stack in Azure.
The better the person is at SQL, the better they will be at figuring out HJ.
The other key thing that is required is someone that understand warehouse business processes and has critical thinking skills.
A good developer may be able to spout best practices however these are complex environment and the individuals need to fully grasp what the end user is attempting to accomplish based on what is being developed.
This trait is extremely hard to find with someone that is also technical and needs to vetted for the service mindset.
