**Description**
**Atividades e Responsabilidades**:
- Atuar em projetos de due diligence financeira "buy-side" e "sell-side" em diferentes indústrias para clientes estratégicos e fundos de private equity;
- Analisar os resultados históricos e propor ajustes às métricas associadas à precificação adotada pelo cliente (EBITDA, capital de giro e dívida líquida);
- Gestão de projeto realizando acompanhamento e garantindo cumprimento do cronogramas;
- Gestão equipe (analistas e estagiários);
- Definição de escopo de projetos, prioridades de demandas e delegar tarefas à equipe.
**Qualificações**:
- Ensino superior completo em Economia, Ciências contábeis ou Administração;
- Experiência em auditoria externa ou consultoria em transações;
- Inglês intermediário, desejável avançado;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz com pessoas em todos os níveis da organização, de comunicar ideias complexas de maneira eficaz;
- Disponibilidade para viajar.

- Conhecimento contábil sólido (passagem por auditoria externa é um diferencial);
- Alta capacidade analítica (capacidade de analisar grandes bases de dados);
- Nível avançado para ferramenta Excel;
- Capacidade de comunicar ideias complexas em inglês e português (Inglês fluente é um diferencial);
- Avaliações de alta performance nas passagens anteriores é um diferencial;
