**About the team**:
SAP Manufacturing is a powerful, enterprise-level, scalable, manufacturing business solution that enables global manufacturers to manage and control manufacturing and shop floor operations. It provides a multi-faceted set of features that integrates business systems to the shop floor, allowing for complete component and material-level visibility for single and global installations.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Production Planning Suppor
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS

**In this role, you’ll**:
Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
- Analyze and resolve reported incidents by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries.
- Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge documentation.
- Participation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance.
- Report errors to Development.
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
- Queue screening and queue management.

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Undergraduate students in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas.
- Knowledge in Manufacturing is a plus.
- Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
- Problem solving/analytical skills.
- Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment.
- Advanced English, Spanish is an advantage.
