**About the Role**:
**In this opportunity as Manager, Talent Development, you will**:
- ** Talent Development Program Management**:Coordinate development activities for the Latin America region, including leadership development, executive coaching, 360-degree assessments, career development, performance management and training programs. Ensure successful execution and alignment with the company’s strategies and culture.
- ** Training Development and Facilitation**:Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at leadership development, organizational culture, and skill enhancement.
- ** Communication and Education**:Promote awareness of Talent Development programs and solutions within the company. Collaborate with HR partners and business units to educate employees about annual processes and programs through strategic communication.
- ** Analysis and Continuous Improvement**:Use internal and external data to provide analyses that support leadership in optimizing the Talent Development function and improving organizational performance.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Operate in a matrixed environment, interacting with various stakeholders and teams, representing the department and the Latin America region in key projects.

- ** Leadership Development**:Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership training, with the ability to create and deliver effective materials and content.
- ** Effective Communication**:Ability to clearly convey ideas both verbally and visually, engaging diverse stakeholders.
- ** Information and Data Management**:Skill in managing program and initiative information and data with accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Strategic and Operational Expertise**:Ability to navigate strategic discussions and execute necessary actions to achieve set objectives.
- ** Languages**:Advanced fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- ** Education**:Bachelor’s degree in related fields; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
