**About this opportunity**

As a Marketing Analyst in Align, you will have the chance to work in a multi-cultural company developing and executing projects and strategies within the Professional Marketing Area in Brazil and interacting with colleagues from several countries. You will also have the chance to closely collaborate with dental professionals in order to develop the correct strategies to increase their treatment number and to contribute to digitalize orthodontic treatments within the dental community.

**In this role, you will**

- Development of promotional grid and marketing materials for professionals (dentists) in 3 main channels: branding, innovation and franchises
- Contribute actively on planning and development of new marketing strategies focused on Dentists
- Coordinate quotations with external vendors and assure savings and expected results
- Liaise with agencies and follow-up Marketing demands on agreed timings
- Analyze and monitor budget
- Create and control Purchase orders (PO’s) in Protheus system
- Assist with the development and execution of communication plans
- Assist with shipping of marketing materials and it's forecast.
- Conduct meetings with agencies to assure proper communication considering all channels (printed and online)
- Provide analytic support for development of strategic plans
- Review translation of promotional materials (English-Portuguese)
- Create presentations to be used in several forums and target audience

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Previous experience working within the health care or technology community. (Odontologists is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing marketing strategies for Doctors.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly present ideas, recommendations, business and technical issues.
- Experience working with cross functional business partners.
- Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize well.
- Able to work with autonomy in a high pacing company to make accurate decisions.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Sales force is a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
