- Job Purpose
- Work, through medium-complexity activities and under direct supervision, on tax planning, consultancy and litigation for the TechnipFMC Group in Brazil, with the aim of ensuring tax efficiency as well as eliminating and/or mitigating risks with full compliance with tax legislation in the development of all operations.
Perform activities related to the calculation of direct taxes and the provision of ancillary obligations, in order to meet the legal deadlines for payment and provision of information, in accordance with current legislation in BR GAAP and US GAAP for all TechnipFMC Group operations.
- Job Description
Analysing tax structures for highly complex bids, identifying tax impacts and the best alternatives according to the specific nature of each project, providing support for defining prices and alerting to tax incentives, with a view to minimizing costs and tax risks;
- Providing advice to other areas of the company, guiding the execution of highly complex operations through analysis and interpretation of tax legislation;
- Carrying out the monthly calculation of the IRPJ and CSLL of the group's companies, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, as well as their annual declaration (ECF) and other related advisory obligations
- Carrying out monthly calculations for thin capitalization, JCP and updating tax credits;
- Documenting SOX controls related to the IRPJ and CSLL calculation and declaration process;
- Preparing the quarterly corporate IRPJ and CSLL report, reconciling the differences in tax treatment between local books and US GAAP in line with the guidelines defined by Corporate;
- You are meant for this job if:

Complete degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
- Advanced English
- Experience in a Big 4 auditing firm; SOX controls and corporate reporting;
- Experience in companies in the O&G sector.
- Specialization in Tax Law, Controllership or Finance.
