**Team Intro + Position Summary**:
The mission of TikTok's Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented accountant to join our team in Culver City. You will become an integral part of our global accounting team.

**NOTE**: Please submit your resume in English.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Have a strong understanding of the company's expense and reimbursement policies;
- Address employee escalations
- 1st or 2nd level review and approval of travel expense, employee reimbursement, and corporate credit card based on company policies;
- Deliver reimbursement education to internal and external customers;
- Provide coverage support for the Finance Service Center;

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting or finance-related field.
- At least 2 years of general accounting or reimbursement experience, preferably at a technology or Internet company.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software and relevant systems technology; experience using expense management solutions such as Concur or Expensify, and ERP systems including but not limited to Oracle, SAP, NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges.
