Quoting Specialist

Learning basic terminology/concepts associated with account management
- Performs all clerical and administrative duties for the assigned sales department and or sales team
- Performs sales order processing Processes orders, promo requests and quotes.
- Manages routine inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices and place orders for product and services to ensure daily and quarterly sales goals are met
- Answers customer questions on pricing, availability information on products, and any shipping or service issues related to placed orders at a functional level, may require assistance
- Handles issue resolution such as shipping / stock, promotional adjustments
- Requires functional level of interpersonal skills Maintains daily transactional engagement with the customer and internal partners
- Represents TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with business partners/customers Performs other additional duties as assigned
