A pessoa nessa cadeira é o principal ponto focal de RH no Brasil, sendo a responsável por conduzir os processos seletivos e realizar a interface com as áreas parceiras de RH - remuneração, folha, cultura, dentre outras - para implementação de fluxos e processos e condução de projetos de RH para TA Connections no Brasil.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Como será o seu dia-a-dia?**
- Realizar a interface com as áreas especialistas para implantação de processos, programas e projetos de RH, como a pessoal focal no Brasil.

**Requisitos e qualificações** É muito importante que você tenha ou saiba**:

- Superior Completo ou Cursando.
- Inglês Avançado mandatório - essa posição tem um doted line com nosso time de Atlanta/US
- Vivência na área de RH;
- Forte olhar para indicadores e projetos
- Familiaridade com Excel, ATS e ferramentas de gestão de projetos
