We are looking for a talent with strong organizational skills and attention to details, to be part of our Ships Agency Operations Team in Manaus -AM office.

Your main responsibilities in this position will be:

- Attend and board vessels as needed, following the process operations and customer requirements. Coordinate and manage port calls efficiently.
- Advise on contractor selection and obtain competitive quotations.
- Ensure compliance with Port Services processes and standards, using the WASP and PSP operating system.
- Monitor vessels, address inquiries, and manage funding for port calls.
- Maintain vessel files, update systems in real-time, and ensure effective communication.
- Report leads, business opportunities, and port updates to the Manager.
- Manage expenses, approve supplier invoices, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Requirements, experience and skills:

- Maritime background and experience from Ship Agency Operations.
- Good communication skills and command of the in English language (oral and written).
- Process and system understanding.
- Self-motivated and result orientated.
- Problem solving skills with ability to make fast and sound judgement.
- Ability to effectively plan & direct an operation without compromising on safety to personnel and vessel.
- Computer literate.
